起动箱是保证液氧/煤油发动机可靠起动的重要组件。针对起动箱结构特点,采用胶囊材料Mooney-Revlin本构关系,建立起动箱三维模型,分析起动箱动作特性。仿真结果再现了起动箱工作过程,获得胶囊翻转压力为58 kPa。抽真空试验和计算表明,胶囊压力为50~60kPa时起动箱胶囊可自动复位,仿真结果与试验结果基本吻合。
Start-up box is to ensure the reliable start of the liquid oxygen / kerosene engine an important component. According to the structural characteristics of the starter box, the Mooney-Revlin capsule constitutive relationship was used to establish the three-dimensional model of the starter box and analyze the operating characteristics of the starter box. The simulation results reproduced the start-up box working process and obtained a capsule turnover pressure of 58 kPa. Vacuum test and calculation show that when the capsule pressure is 50 ~ 60kPa, the starter box capsule can be automatically reset, and the simulation result basically agrees with the test result.
