目的:建立一套能实现病原微生物实验室生物安全备案管理和日常管理的信息系统,实时掌握实验室生物安全有关的软件和硬件,以及实验活动情况,以降低实验室生物安全相关事故的管理隐患,保护实验室工作人员和公众的健康。方法:根据国家病原微生物实验室生物安全有关管理规定和制度,针对浙江省病原微生物实验室管理的实际情况,2007年利用先进的计算机技术,建立了能够对实验室生物安全进行规范化管理的系统模型。结果:该信息系统方便了卫生行政部门对全省各类病原微生物实验室的设备、人员、菌种信息的查询、管理和统计,实现了在线远程管理功能,提高了工作效率,促进了全省生物安全管理工作模式转变,为生物安全信息化管理奠定了基础。结论:该信息系统提高了浙江省病原微生物实验室生物安全管理工作效率,提高了信息化管理水平,具有一定的推广性和可执行性。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a set of information system that can realize the biosafety record management and daily management of pathogenic microorganism laboratory, to master the laboratory biosafety related software and hardware in real time and the experimental activities so as to reduce the management risk of laboratory biosafety related accident , Protect the health of laboratory staff and the public. Methods: According to the national regulations and system of biosafety of pathogenic microorganism laboratory, aiming at the actual situation of pathogenic microorganism laboratory management in Zhejiang Province, the system model of standardized management of laboratory biosafety was established by using advanced computer technology in 2007 . Results: The information system facilitated the health administrative departments to inquire, manage and count the equipment, personnel and strain information of various pathogenic microorganism laboratories in the province, realized the online remote management function, improved the work efficiency and promoted the province The transformation of the biosafety management mode laid the foundation for the biosafety information management. Conclusion: This information system has improved the efficiency of bio-safety management of pathogenic microorganisms in Zhejiang Province and improved the level of information management, with some promotion and enforceability.
