根据构架在实际运行中的受力特点,提取4种超常载荷工况对构架静强度进行分析,其最大节点von-Mises应力为118.181 MPa,位于稳定轮与构架连接处,小于构架材料Q345A的最大许用等效应力293 MPa。分析正常运行时利用FAMOS采集的牵引曲线工况下构架测点动应力值,将其代入材料的Goodman疲劳极限图中进行构架疲劳强度分析,测点的最大、最小应力值及应力幅值均在材料疲劳强度的许用范围内,表明构架的静强度和疲劳强度均满足设计和使用要求。
According to the mechanical characteristics of the truss in actual operation, the static strength of the truss was analyzed under four kinds of supernormal loading conditions. The maximum von-Mises stress of the structure was 118.181 MPa, which was located at the junction of the stabilizer and the truss, less than the maximum of Q345A Permissible equivalent stress 293 MPa. The dynamic stress values of frame measuring points under the traction curve conditions collected by FAMOS during normal operation were analyzed and put into the Goodman fatigue limit diagram of the material for fatigue strength analysis. The maximum and minimum stress values and stress amplitudes Material fatigue strength within the allowable range, indicating that the static strength and fatigue strength of the framework to meet the design and use requirements.
