根据地面煤层气抽采控制系统基本要求,提出了一种基于神经网络的地面煤层气智能抽采控制方法;采用了神经网络故障诊断分类处理原理,根据瓦斯浓度传感器采集到的抽采管路中瓦斯的浓度数据,通过逻辑可编程控制器(PLC)来调整抽采管路中不同浓度下的阀门开度,调整煤层气流量,以达到安全生产的目的;根据此方法可实现多管路抽采的智能控制要求,实现了地面瓦斯抽采泵站对煤层气抽采的智能控制,解决了瓦斯抽采人工控制、半自动控制的不足之处。
