我厂1662型丝杆车床加工一级丝杆,原采用豆油为主的油剂润滑冷却,虽然能满足润滑冷却的效果,但是,豆油易氧化和聚合,生成弹性的固体膜紧紧粘附在机床表面和丝杆、螺母、导轨上,这样使生产工人维护操作困难,劳动强度大。经多次试验,采用87％的变压器油,添加氯化石蜡10％和油酸3％,充分搅拌制成的润滑冷却剂效果较好,加工光洁度可达▽ 7～▽8。克服了使用豆油的缺点,基本满足生产需要,并为国家节约了食用油。
