人工流产术后月经复潮情况是计划生育工作中值得注意的一个问题,为了解人流术对内分泌系统的影响,对门诊早妊需终止妊娠的118例妇女进行登记,记录术后第一次月经来潮的时间及经量,并进行下列简要的分析。对象和方法健康的早妊妇女118例,孕期为30～90天,无明显急性传染病,无体温升高及急性生殖系统炎症,且因各种原因需终止妊娠者。年龄在20～46岁,平均年龄为33岁。其中26～30岁占62.7％。
