为研究中线法筑坝工艺技术下,旋流器分级所产生的底流和溢流两种尾矿砂的物理力学性质,通过一系列室内土工试验,对德兴某中线法铜矿尾矿库的两种砂样的物理力学性能进行了测试分析,得到了较为全面的物理力学性质指标及邓肯-张E—μ模型和E—B模型参数。两种尾矿砂的试验结果对比发现:相比溢流尾矿砂,底流尾矿砂的渗透性强、压缩性低、抗剪强度高,表明其静力稳定性更好。试验结果不仅为后续动力分析、数值分析提供了基本数据,也为研究同类型尾矿砂的工程力学特性提供参考。
In order to study the physical and mechanical properties of underflow and overflow of tailings produced by hydrocyclone classification under midline damming technology, through a series of indoor soil tests, The physical and mechanical properties of the sand samples were tested and analyzed, and more comprehensive indices of physical and mechanical properties, Duncan-Chang E-μ model and E-B model parameters were obtained. The comparison of the test results of two kinds of tailings sand shows that compared with the overflow tailings sand, the tailings tailings have high permeability, low compressibility and high shear strength, indicating that the static stability of the tailings is better. The test results not only provide the basic data for the follow-up dynamic analysis and numerical analysis, but also provide reference for studying the engineering mechanics characteristics of tailings sand.
