法国国营铁路(SNCF)多年来一直使用合成橡胶、橡胶或橡胶金属弹性件及弹性连接件,其应用范围越来越广。这些橡胶件能满足特殊要求(尤其是速度的要求)以及具有安全性和舒适性方面的主要功能。本文介绍SNCF(与工业部门密切合作)所批准的方法:制订的有关设计任务书、橡胶寿命的设计参数及其确定、静动态及试验台的疲劳试验、走行试验以及在工业部门实施质量计划。以轮对轴箱一系弹性铰为例扼要介绍了这些关系到列车安全性的橡胶件的开发、加工和验收等设想。
SNCF has been using synthetic rubber, rubber or rubber metal elastomers and flexible connectors for an extended period of time. These rubber parts to meet the special requirements (especially speed requirements) as well as with safety and comfort of the main functions. This article describes the methods approved by the SNCF (in close cooperation with the industrial sector): design specifications and their definitions for the life of rubber, fatigue tests for test benches and static tests, walk tests and quality plans in the industrial sector. Taking a series of elastic hinges on the axle box as an example, the author briefly introduced such ideas as the development, processing and acceptance of the rubber parts related to train safety.
