利福喷丁是一种新的抗结核药物,目前国内已开始广泛使用。采用气相色谱法分析药物中的残留溶剂在国内外得到广泛应用.本文探讨了利用不同类型固定相对利福喷丁中主要残留溶剂乙醇和正丁醇等进行分离。通过采用不同类型的色谱柱进行分离比较。发现15%FFAP柱和10%PEG-20M柱分离效果较佳。另外用异戊醇为内标对利福喷丁中残留溶剂进行定量分析。实验部分仪器及试剂仪器 Varian3700型气相色谱仪;氢火焰离子化检测器;岛津C-R3A微处理机;15%FFAP(2mm×2m)和10%PEG-20M
Rifampicin is a new anti-TB drug, which has been widely used in China. Gas chromatography analysis of residual solvents in medicine has been widely used at home and abroad.This paper discusses the use of different types of stationary phase of rifapentine in the main residual solvents such as ethanol and n-butanol and other separation. By using different types of columns for separation and comparison. 15% FFAP column and 10% PEG-20M column separation effect was found to be better. In addition to isoamyl alcohol as an internal standard of rifapentine residues in the quantitative analysis of solvents.
