目的 探讨降糖灵对胰岛A细胞毒性作用的选择性。方法 应用免疫组织化学、透射电镜及体视学方法 ,研究大鼠肌注降糖灵 50mg/kg后胰岛细胞的形态变化。 结果 肌注降糖灵 2d后胰岛A细胞有损伤改变 (P <0 0 5) ,4d后恢复。胰岛内B细胞、D细胞、PP细胞及外分泌部无明显变化。结论 降糖灵可选择性破坏大鼠胰岛A细胞 ,病变稳定、选择性高 ,是进一步研究A细胞功能的理想的实验工具
Objective To investigate the selectivity of Hypoglycemic agents on islet A cytotoxicity. Methods Immunohistochemistry, transmission electron microscopy and stereological methods were used to study morphological changes of islet cells after intramuscular injection of hypoglycemic 50mg / kg. Results After intramuscular injection of hypoglycemic agents 2 days, the islet A cells were damaged (P <0.05), and recovered after 4 days. Islet B cells, D cells, PP cells and exocrine no significant changes. Conclusion Hypoglycemic agents can selectively destroy islet A cells of rat and have stable and selective pathological changes, which is an ideal experimental tool to further study the function of A cells
