通过剔削已感染的组织,经53~55℃热水浸渍20分钟或在室温下用杀线虫剂浸渍(600ppm灭克磷,20分钟;250ppm苯胺磷,10分钟;1000ppm草氨酰,20分钟;5000ppm二溴氯丙烷,1分钟)等方法,可减少定植材料的钻孔线虫数量。热水浸渍必需结合重削预处理方能奏效;但若用灭克磷、苯胺磷和二溴氯丙烷浸渍,采取轻削即可。 大田试验表明:用1000ppm草氨酰、苯来特和涕必灵的室温(23~25℃)溶液或53~55℃热溶液浸渍20分钟处理的植株,其萌芽、早期生长和果穗重量均不比一般热水处理的好。
