江苏省农药研究所地处南京市西郊,是国内建立最早的农药专业研究所之一,主要从事新农药包括杀虫剂、杀菌剂、除草剂和植物生长调节剂的研究开发,从化学合成、工艺研究、分析测试、制剂加工、三废治理、残留测定以及农业和卫生药效研究等全过程专业配套研究。所内还设有江苏省农药产品质量监督检测站和省农药科技信息站。建所三十年来,完成科研成果近100项,其中50％以上实现了工业化生产。改革开放以来,研究所出现前所未有的蓬勃发展局面。在承担国家13项农药攻关项目中,已有10项转化为工业生产,并获得国家科技进步二等奖1项,化工部科技
Jiangsu Province Pesticide Research Institute is located in the western suburbs of Nanjing City and is one of the earliest established pesticide research institutes in China.
