Chernoff/Kavlock试验是近年来发展的发育毒性体内筛选试验。
The Chernoff / Kavlock test is a developmentally toxic in vivo screening test developed in recent years. In this study, we used this test to screen and predict the developmental toxicity of cyclophosphamide (CP), vitamin A (VA) and coral extracts. Kunming mice, pregnant in the first 6 to 14 every other day of exposure. CP10mg / kg / intraperitoneal injection and VA45mg / kg / dose gavage can cause decreased weight gain in maternal rats born on the first day
