The famous Chinese actress Amy Tan ’s famous film “The Joy Luck Club” has been a hot spot in literary criticism since his publication. However, the analysis of masculinity in novels has been neglected. This paper starts from the analysis of masculine images and intervenes in the text core, interprets the masculine image of The Joy Luck Club from the social, historical and cultural perspectives, explores the different temperament features of Chinese men in different social forms in order to corroborate the masculine subjective consciousness in the novel text Although the narrative has been weakened, but the fact has never been missing.
