当前,全球炼油工业步入“微利时代”。在能源形势严峻、国际油价波动、成品油市场多变的情况下,如何依靠知识创新和技术创新,通过优化运行和管理,缩减投资以低成本发展,对现有炼化装置进行升级配套改造,从而实现炼化企业节能减排、降耗增效,已成为当前国际炼油行业可持续发展亟待研究和解决的重要课题。中国石化股份公司九江分公司(简称“九江石化”)对催化裂化装置进行产品产率优化项目改造的成功经验,或许可以给我们启迪。
