我厂生产的汽车分动箱的制动盛支座系铁素体球墨铸铁,牌号为 QT42—10。开始采用热处理来满足要求,一般需10余小时,如渗碳体超过含量时,则处理时间要长达14~15小时,不仅生产周期长,工作量大,而且能源消耗也大。故改用铸态铁素体球铁进行生产。一、炉料选用1.生铁应选用 Q10、Q13、Z14(最好是本溪生铁)或其它低硫磷生铁(1级、1类、1组),其含 Si 最为1~1.5%,含 Mn<0.5%。2.废钢应选用普通钢,如废型钢、钢板、管子等。注意不得混有合金钢、轴承钢、刀具等废
