CCD型航空侦察相机由于存储量大,一般每次可拍摄数千张图像,快门曝光次数频繁,因此对其工作的可靠性和使用寿命提出了更高的要求。设计了一种新型高可靠性、长寿命帘幕式焦面快门,帘幕采用金属的钛箔材料,无需齿轮组传动,克服了传统的该类型快门的诸多弊端,保障了帘幕快门的使用寿命;且通过DSP控制整个系统,提高了控制精度。实验结果表明,快门在1/1200~1/150 s曝光时间范围内连续可调,对图像灰度均匀性的影响小于6%,使用寿命预计可达30万次以上。
CCD-type aerial reconnaissance cameras because of the large storage capacity, the general can shoot each time thousands of images, frequent shutter exposures, so its reliability and service life put forward higher requirements. A new type of highly reliable, long-life curtain-type focal-plane shutter is designed. The curtain is made of metal titanium foil without the need of a gear train to overcome the disadvantages of the conventional shutter and ensure the use of the shutter. Life expectancy; and through the DSP control of the entire system, improve the control accuracy. The experimental results show that the shutter can be continuously adjusted within the exposure time range of 1 / 1200-1 / 150s, the impact on the uniformity of the image is less than 6% and the service life is expected to reach more than 300,000 times.
