近年来,大学英语教学改革发展进程不断加快,英语教师是整个教学体制改革的主力军,人们对英语教师的专业发展提出了更高的要求。英语教师专业发展成为教学研究的重点。本文对大学英语教师专业发展的现状进行相关调查,充分运用问卷、访谈和个案分析等多种方法对目前大学英语教师专业发展的校本激励进行研究,并对最终取得的结果进行一定的分析和反思。
In recent years, the process of the reform and development of college English teaching has been accelerating. English teachers are the main force in the reform of the teaching system. People have put forward higher requirements on the professional development of English teachers. English teacher professional development has become the focus of teaching and research. This paper conducts a survey on the current situation of the professional development of college English teachers and makes full use of questionnaires, interviews and case studies to study the current school-based incentives for college English teachers’ professional development and to analyze and reflect on the final results .
