自流平混凝土是一种工地普通水下混凝土,可单独掺加抗分散絮凝剂改善混凝土自身性能,使混凝土遇水后不发生离析泌水,且能自行密实,解决了水下混凝土带水施工难题。同时,在水下不分散混凝土施工时,利用特殊的水下保护剂对密闭仓体内的水体进行改性,使水体与自密实混凝土间产生一定的相斥作用,降低仓内水流对混凝土的冲刷,以提高混凝土水下的抗分散和抗冲散能力,减少其在水流环境中的流失,确保工程质量的可控性。在改性水体中的自密实混凝土能保持其高流动性和超强充填性能,能够在水下自流平、自密实,完成水下混凝土灌注施工。其具有遇水不离析,水下流动半径大且自动摊平,自密性好能达到设计强度,初凝时间长等特点。因此,相对于普通混凝土水下施工具有:导管布置少,混凝土水中不离析,浇筑完毕后混凝土面平整等优势,适用于水中静态环境下大体积混凝土灌注。
