目的 探讨肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)与各种肿瘤之间的关系,为恶性肿瘤辅助诊断提供理论依据。方法 应用比色法对255例恶性肿瘤患者和30例健康对照的血清标本进行TSGF检测。结果 恶性肿瘤TSGF的灵敏度为83.53％,特异性为96.97％。恶性肿瘤TSGF的阳性率与健康对照比较,存在明显统计学差异(X~2=92.29 P<0.001)。常见恶性肿瘤血清TSGF的阳性率除胃癌外均在65％～90％之间。结论 TSGF检测对恶性肿瘤的诊断具有广谱性,在恶性肿瘤辅助诊断中有一定的价值。
Objective To investigate the relationship between tumor-specific growth factor (TSGF) and various tumors, and provide theoretical basis for the auxiliary diagnosis of malignant tumors. Methods Serum samples from 255 patients with malignant tumors and 30 healthy controls were examined for TSGF by colorimetry. Results The sensitivity of malignant tumor TSGF was 83.53% and the specificity was 96.97%. The positive rate of malignant tumor TSGF was significantly different from that of healthy controls (X~2=92.29 P<0.001). The positive rate of serum TSGF in common malignant tumors was between 65% and 90% except for gastric cancer. Conclusion The detection of TSGF has a broad spectrum in the diagnosis of malignant tumors, and has a certain value in the diagnosis of malignant tumors.
