本文首先对比分析了西安和乌鲁木齐2个地区4~10月的室外气象参数变化,重点分析了西安地区在4~10月使用三级蒸发冷却空调系统的时间段及所占比例。而后,对西安某大型测试车间在过渡季节使用管式间接+直接组合式三级蒸发冷却空调系统进行了测试分析,并与乌鲁木齐地区相似气象参数条件下运行的冷却塔表冷器+板翅式间接+直接组合式三级蒸发冷却空调系统的测试结果进行了对比。结果表明:中湿度地区在过渡季节气象参数条件下,管式间接+直接组合式三级蒸发冷却空调系统同样可以将空气处理到湿球温度以下,甚至接近室外空气的露点温度,达到在乌鲁木齐干燥地区处理的效果。这一结论将为完善和推动三级蒸发冷却空调系统在中等湿度地区的推广提供一定的借鉴。
In this paper, firstly, the changes of outdoor weather parameters from April to October in two districts of Xi’an and Urumqi are comparatively analyzed. The time period and the proportion of the three-stage evaporative cooling air conditioning system in Xi’an from April to October are analyzed emphatically. Then, the test and analysis of a large-scale test workshop in Xi’an in the transitional season was carried out by using the tube indirect and direct combined three-stage evaporative cooling air conditioning system and the cooling tower coolers + plate-fin type operating under the similar meteorological parameters in Urumqi Indirect + direct combination of three evaporative cooling air conditioning system test results were compared. The results show that the air-conditioning system with tube indirect and direct combined three-stage evaporative cooling air-conditioners can also treat the air below the wet-bulb temperature and even close to the dew-point temperature of outdoor air under the meteorological parameters in the transitional season, Regional processing effect. This conclusion will provide some reference for improving and promoting the promotion of three-level evaporative cooling air-conditioning system in middle-humid areas.
