目的探讨高校健康管理体系构建的方法,从而提高大学生体制健康管理水平。方法随机选取本校区1 200名在校大学生以及15名健康专家为调查对象,通过问卷调查法了解高校学生健康管理体系存在的问题,从而提出相应的解决方法。结果通过调查发现,有48.52%的大学生对体质健康制度以及服务方式表示不满意,有53.33%的学生认为当前大学对学生的运动指导干预措施存在不足,认为管理体系不科学的学生有15.00%;在对学生进行健康管理服务项目调查中发现,有42.35%的学生表示想接受服务项目,但没有条件实现;有91.30%的学生想在体育锻炼前请相关专家制定方案但缺乏条件。调查发现,学生在建立健康档案、生活方式教育、心理咨询服务、营养服务等方面的认识及选择与专家建议的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论当前大学生对高校健康管理体系构建普遍认为情况不理想,专家普遍认为对大学生建立健康管理体系将有助于提高学生的体质健康水平,提高学生的健康管理能力。
Objective To explore ways to construct the health management system in colleges and universities so as to improve the system health management of undergraduates. Methods A total of 1,200 undergraduates and 15 health specialists in our university were randomly selected as survey subjects. Questionnaires were used to find out the problems existing in the health management system of college students, and the corresponding solutions were put forward. Results According to the survey, 48.52% of university students were dissatisfied with the constitutional health system and service mode. 53.33% of students think that there is not enough current college students’ instructional measures to guide their movement, and 15.00% think unscientific management students. In the survey of students’ health management service items, 42.35% of the students said they would like to receive service items, but no conditions are fulfilled; 91.30% of students want to ask relevant experts to make the plan but lack of conditions before physical exercise. The survey found that there was significant difference (P <0.05) in the students’ awareness and choice between the establishment of health records, life style education, psychological counseling services and nutrition services and the suggestions from experts. Conclusions The current college students generally think that the construction of the health management system in colleges and universities is unsatisfactory. Experts generally believe that establishing a health management system for college students will help improve students’ physical fitness and improve their health management skills.
