1 概况多层螺旋ＣＴ (ＭＳＣＴ)机是 1998年度在北美放射学会(ＲＳＮＡ)上推出的新一代ＣＴ产品 ,其探测器的设计有三种规格 ,与单层面ＣＴ的根本区别是探测器在Ｚ轴方向的宽度和列数不同[1] 。ＭＳＣＴ明显有助于病变的早期诊断及分期 ,对临床检查方法的选择和治疗计划的制定
1 Overview The multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) machine is a new generation of CT products introduced in the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) in 1998. Its detectors are designed in three sizes. The fundamental difference from single-slice CT is that the detector is in the Z axis. The width of the direction and the number of columns are different [1]. MSCT can significantly contribute to the early diagnosis and staging of lesions, the selection of clinical examination methods and the development of treatment plans.
