采用硅烷接枝交联两步法制备聚烯烃软管材料,并对材料的交联度、力学性能、耐热性、硬度等进行表征。观察POE量对材料性能的影响,对比2种交联软管材料LDPE-POE和LLDPE-POE的性能。结果表明:当添加20%POE时,材料的力学性能、耐热性最佳,柔软度适中,材料的交联度为62.87%,拉伸强度为12.71 MPa,热变形温度为34.7℃,邵氏硬度(HD)为56;得到交联LDPE-POE软管材料的力学性能、耐热性较佳,适用于制备热水软管材料。
The silane coupling cross-linked two-step preparation of polyolefin hose material, and the crosslinking degree of the material, mechanical properties, heat resistance, hardness, etc. were characterized. The effect of POE content on the properties of the materials was observed. The properties of two kinds of cross-linked hose materials LDPE-POE and LLDPE-POE were compared. The results show that when adding 20% POE, the mechanical properties, heat resistance and softness of the material are the best, the crosslinking degree is 62.87%, the tensile strength is 12.71 MPa, the thermal deformation temperature is 34.7 ℃, Hardness (HD) of 56; obtained cross-linked LDPE-POE hose mechanical properties, better heat resistance, suitable for the preparation of hot water hose material.
