针对国内普遍存在的轮式工程机械驱动桥主减速器装配时,主动螺旋锥齿轮需要多次拆装调整的问题,提出了一种测量装配方法。该测量装配方法通过模拟还原主减速器主动螺旋锥齿轮配对时的安装距,能够确保主减速器齿轮副一次装配成功,还能够提高主减速器齿轮副的装配精度,延长齿轮副使用寿命。
In order to solve the problem that the active spiral bevel gear needs to be disassembled and adjusted several times during assembly of the main reducer of a wheeled construction machinery drive axle that is ubiquitous in China, a measurement assembly method is proposed. The measurement assembly method can reduce the assembly time of the primary reducer gear pair by simulating the installation distance when the primary reducer active spiral bevel gear is matched, and can also improve the assembling precision of the final reducer gear pair and prolong the service life of the gear pair.
