研究了银杏(GinkgobilobaLinn)叶和杉木(CunninghamialanceolataHook)绿冠石油醚提取物的化学组分,叙述了分离分析方法。银杏叶的石油醚提取物得率,为其绝干重量的4.3%。其中游离酸占24.6%,它是由C12~C24的高级脂肪酸组成,其中最大的组分是硬脂酸,蜡占1%,中性物质占72.7%。在中性物质中,碳氢化合物占6.2%,高级脂肪酸酯21.0%,乙酸酯15.2%,甘油三酰酯3.0%,醇类20.4%,甾醇类17.4%,含氧多功能团化合物12.6%。杉木绿冠的石油醚提取物得率,为其绝干重量的5.4%。其中,游离酸占10.4%,主要由劳丹二萜烯酸组成,蜡占4.0%,中性物质占85.3%,其中碳氢化合物占2.0%,高级脂肪酸酯28.8%,树脂酸甲酯0.2%,乙酸酯37.6%,甘油三酰酯1.5%,醇类16.2%,甾醇类10.3%,含氧多功能团化合物3.0%。这些化合物都具有很强的生物活性,可用作医药、化妆品和食品漆加剂。有关杉木绿冠石油醚提取物的化学组分分析在文献中是首次报道
The chemical constituents of the petroleum ether extract of Ginkgo biloba Linn. And Cunninghamia lanceolata Hook were studied, and the separation and analysis methods were described. The yield of petroleum ether extract from Ginkgo biloba was 4.3% of its absolute dry weight. The free acid accounted for 24.6%, which is composed of C12 ~ C24 fatty acids, the largest component is stearic acid, wax accounted for 1%, 72.7% of neutral substances. In neutrals, hydrocarbons make up 6.2%, higher fatty acid esters 21.0%, acetates 15.2%, triacylglycerols 3.0%, alcohols 20.4%, sterols 17.4%, oxygen-containing multi-functional compounds 12.6%.
