目前生产上所用的平菇菌种,栽培一段时间后容易引起退化,抗逆能力差,给生产者造成减产或绝收。因此,我们于一九八五年以来开始对野生平菇的菌株进行驯化筛选工作,以便从中选育出适应性强、抗病、抗杂菌、适应各种袋料栽培的西兰1号新平菇菌种。经过栽培试验,所出的菇形状、味道都和野生平菇一样,尤其是产量高于一般平菇。现介绍如下:
