调查形式:定点随机问卷调查共发放问卷:1100份回收问卷:1100份实际有效问卷:1058份调查执行:DTZ戴德梁行综合住宅服务部本次市场调研,主要定点在世贸和和平两个会展中心,共发放1100份问卷,回收1100份,其中有效问卷1058份,达到了一定的调查效果。本次调研主要偏向于杭州消费者的购房心态和购房目的方面的研究。此次调查问卷在银行利率上调、第二套房贷新政等系列调控措施出台的背景下,2007年政府对楼市的调控将是重点落实的一年,面对层层迭出的新政,杭州的市民是怎样看待的呢?消费者的心态又如何呢?消费者在购房方面的需求和选择又有怎样的变化呢?
