目的：建立双龙抗癌胶囊质量标准的检测方法。方法：选用正丁醇冰醋酸水（８∶１∶１）为展开剂，双波长薄层扫描法测定该制剂中人参皂甙Ｒｇ１的含量。结果：被测成分薄层斑点清晰，与其它成分分离效果好，线性关系良好，回收率１０１．２０％，ＲＳＤ２．１９％。结论：本方法灵敏、专属、重现性好，具有实用性。 Objective: To establish a method for testing the quality standard of Shuanglong Anti-cancer Capsule. Methods: n-butanolglacial acetic acidwater (8∶1∶1) was used as the developing agent. The content of ginsenoside Rg1 in the preparation was determined by the dual-wavelength thin layer scanning method. RESULTS: The thin layer spots of the tested components were clear, the separation effect was good with other components, and the linear relationship was good. The recovery rate was 101.20% and the RSD was 2.19%. Conclusion: This method is sensitive, exclusive, reproducible, and practical.
