本研究采用Sephedex LH-20凝胶层析柱分离野蚕性信息素粗提物,获得活性馏份。其EAG值达6.8mv,并具田间引诱活性,平均诱捕率为10雄/天/诱捕器。此活性馏份在气谱上有2个主色谱峰,经GC-MS测定得2号色谱峰的分子量为238,基峰m/e 67,M-18=m/e 220,以及其它碎片离子峰完全和蚕蛾醇(反10,顺-12-+六碳二烯醇)一致。以合成蚕蛾醇进行田间引诱试验,亦具引诱活性,诱捕率为2.3~3.5雄/天/诱捕器。证明蚕蛾醇是野蚕性信息素的主成份。
In this study, Sephedex LH-20 gel column chromatography wild pheromone extract was used to obtain the active fraction.
