为观察青蒿多糖的体内抗炎活性,采用木瓜蛋白酶法提取青蒿多糖后对其理化性质进行了检测,以地塞米松为阳性对照,用高(100mg/kg)、中(50mg/kg)、低(25mg/kg)剂量的青蒿多糖处理小白鼠,观察其对二甲苯所致炎症的抗炎效果及对小白鼠脏器指数的影响.结果表明:木瓜蛋白酶法提取的青蒿多糖不含淀粉、蛋白质及氨基酸,精制后总糖百分比为24.74%,50 mg/kg和100 mg/kg的青蒿多糖组具有较好的抗炎作用,而且100 mg/kg的青蒿多糖其抗炎效果显著优于地塞米松组(p<0.01).青蒿多糖对肾脏指数无影响,可升高肝脏指数和脾脏指数,对胸腺指数有一定的降低作用.表明一定剂量的青蒿多糖对小鼠具有良好的体内抗炎活性,并可影响部分脏器指数.
