At that time, a handful of young monks were unruly and occasionally ran to the country to steal peasants’ sheep. A sheep farmer even stole three sheep in a matter of a month. The sheep farmer knew that they had been stolen by the monks. They were not willing to swallow this tone, and they succumbed to the bad news of spreading the monks everywhere without evidence. After Master Rama Delong knew about it, he unfolded a major reorganization of the precepts of the monks on the joint national temple. In just six months, the monks’ commandments have been greatly improved, and nothing has happened to them.
