本文在总结、分析各种工程造价估测方法的基础上建造了基于专家系统的铁路工程造价估测系统,它主要由数据管理与分析系统、工程数量估测系统、工程造价计算系统、工程造价预测系统等部分组成。铁路工程造价估测的模型库中有特定系数法、自适应过滤法、指数平滑法及系统自动控制等六种方法可供选择。工程数量估测主要依靠专家经验和自适应过滤技术,工程造价随时间变化的预测模型使用灰色系统控制理论。本文还介绍了铁路工程造价估测专家系统的原理、结构、方法及估测示例。
Based on the summary and analysis of various engineering cost estimation methods, this paper constructs a railway project cost estimation system based on expert system. It mainly consists of data management and analysis system, project quantity estimation system, project cost calculation system, project cost Forecast system and other components. There are six methods in the model library of railway project cost estimation, such as specific coefficient method, adaptive filtering method, exponential smoothing method and system automatic control. The estimation of engineering quantity relies mainly on expert experience and adaptive filtering technology, and the forecasting model of project cost over time uses gray system control theory. This article also introduces the principle, structure, method and estimation of railway project cost estimation expert system.
