对芳纶纤维和浆粕进行SEM和AFM形貌观察,采用原子力显微镜(AFM)探针修饰技术,对芳纶纤维与浆粕间的粘附力进行探索性研究。芳纶浆粕薄膜修饰的探针与芳纶纤维和浆粕间的粘附力测试结果分别为1.71nN和9.26nN。借助Derjaguin Muller Toporov(DMT)理论和表面自由能,计算出理论作用力,证实了AFM法测定表面粘附力的结果。
The morphology of aramid fiber and pulp was observed by SEM and AFM. The adhesion between aramid fiber and pulp was explored by atomic force microscopy (AFM) probe modification. The test results of the adhesion between the aramid pulp membrane modified probe and the aramid fibers and pulp were 1.71 nN and 9.26 nN, respectively. With the aid of Derjaguin Muller Toporov (DMT) theory and surface free energy, the theoretical force was calculated and the result of surface adhesion determined by AFM method was confirmed.
