多胎妊娠中常为双胞胎,三,四胞胎者则甚为罕见。本院1964年曾有一例三胞胎妊娠并安全分娩,经随访23年三个孩子均智力发育正常身体健康。特将此例报告如下: 卢××,女,26岁,住院号42584,孕1产。末次月经63年9月3日,预产期64年6月10日。停经五个月后,自觉腹部增长快,羊水过多来院就诊。检查发现子宫大于停经月份,触诊肢体多,疑为多胎妊娠或畸形。X线腹部平片证实为三胎妊娠。 Twins often have multiple pregnancies, while those with triple or quadruplets are rare. Examination found that the uterus than the menopause, palpation of limbs, suspected multiple pregnancy or deformity. X-ray plain abdominal confirmed triple pregnancy.
