目的对拱墅区2014年疑似预防接种异常反应(AEFI)的发生特征进行分析,客观评价拱墅区AEFI监测系统的运转情况,为进一步完善AEFI监测工作提供科学依据。方法通过疑似预防接种异常反应信息管理系统,收集拱墅区2014年报告的AEFI个案资料,采用描述性方法进行流行病学分析。结果拱墅区2014年共报告179例AEF1,其中一般反应169例,异常反应9例,偶合症1例,累计报告发生率为62.09/10万,48h内报告率和调查率均为100%。年龄以2岁内儿童为主,占71.51%;男女性别比为1.45∶1;接种疫苗后0~1天发生者占86.03%;其中轻度发热、红肿、硬结者占88.27%。引起AEFI的疫苗以含百白破成分疫苗反应人数最多,占38.55%;其次是含麻制剂(MV、MMR)疫苗,占11.17%。结论拱墅区AEFI监测质量和敏感性较高,但仍需进一步加强一般反应监测。
Objective To analyze the occurrence characteristics of suspected AEFI in Gongshu District in 2014 and objectively evaluate the operation of AEFI monitoring system in Gongshu District so as to provide a scientific basis for further improvement of AEFI monitoring. Methods The AEFI case data collected in Gongshu District in 2014 was collected through the information system of suspected anaphylaxis vaccination, and the descriptive method was used for epidemiological analysis. Results A total of 179 cases of AEF1 were reported in Gongshu District in 2014, of which 169 cases were general reaction, 9 cases were abnormal reaction and 1 case was coupled disease. The cumulative incidence was 62.09 / 100 000, and the report rate and investigation rate were 100% within 48 hours. Children aged 2 years old accounted for 71.51%; sex ratio of male to female was 1.45:1; those from 0 to 1 day after vaccination accounted for 86.03%; mild fever, redness and induration accounted for 88.27%. The vaccine that caused AEFI had the highest number of reactions with daphnia broken vaccine (38.55%), followed by the cannabinoid (MV, MMR) vaccine, accounting for 11.17%. Conclusion The quality and sensitivity of AEFI monitoring in Gongshu District are high, but the general reaction monitoring needs to be further strengthened.
