1 血压变异性(blood pressure variability,BPV)的定义、分类BPV是指一定时间内血压波动的程度,是体内神经内分泌功能调节综合平衡的结果.按观察时间的长短,可分为:心动周期间变异、短时变异和长时变异.心动周期间BPV,指通过测量每个心动周期的血压所得到的BPV;长时BPV,通常指长期(数天、数周或数月)的血压波动程度[6].在透析人群中,长时BPV通常以一定时间内每次开始透析时的血压测量值来计算血压波动程度.短时BPV通常用动态血压仪监测,在24h内或在特定的短时间内(比如睡眠时)的血压波动的程度.在透析患者中,短时BPV指透析过程中的血压变异性.一般多以24h作为区分长、短时BPV的界限.
