解放牌CA—10B型汽车发动机在使用过程中,常发现气门座承孔与缸孔之间产生裂纹(以下简称裂纹)。初步调查,全国有很多地区缸体产生裂纹的几率高达40%以上,尤以山区及炎热地区为甚。由于裂纹的存在导致了气门座圈松动、气门座变形、气门漏气、烧蚀、气缸漏水等故障。这些故障必然会使发动机性能下降,甚致使缸体报废,增加大修费用,缩短大修里程。因此,分析裂纹产生的原因,寻求减少和防止裂纹产生的措施,实是一项不可忽视的工作。

Therefore, analyzing the causes of cracks and seeking measures to reduce and prevent the occurrence of cracks is indeed an important task.
