对６０例肥胖型非胰岛素依赖性糖尿病（ＮＩＤＤＭ）患者和３０例单纯性肥胖者（对照组）进行了空腹及糖负荷后血糖、胰岛素、胰高糖素、生长激素水平比较。根据空腹血糖水平（ＦＢＧ）将ＮＩＤＤＭ患者分为ＤＭＡ组和ＤＭＢ组，结果显示：①ＤＭＡ组胰岛素分泌相对不足，胰高糖素分泌基本正常。②ＤＭＢ组胰岛素分泌明显不足，胰高糖素水平明显升高。③ＤＭＡ和ＤＭＢ组空腹及餐后１、２小时生长激素水平明显高于对照组。提示胰高糖素水平升高继发于胰岛素分泌明显不足，糖尿病早期即存在生长激素调节异常。
Sixty obese patients with non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) and 30 patients with simple obesity (control group) underwent fasting and glucose load glucose, insulin, glucagon, growth hormone levels compared. The patients with NIDDM were divided into DMA group and DMB group according to fasting blood glucose level (FBG). The results showed that: ①DM group insulin secretion is relatively insufficient, glucagon secretion is basically normal. ② DMB group significantly less insulin secretion, glucagon levels increased significantly. The fasting and post-prandial 1,2 and 4-hour growth hormone levels in the DMA and DMB groups were significantly higher than those in the control group. Prompt glucagon levels secondary to insulin secretion was significantly insufficient, the early presence of diabetes that is abnormal growth hormone regulation.
