头孢菌素类药物有耐酸、耐青霉素酶、杀菌力强、抗菌谱广的性能 ,临床应用日益增多。自第一代头孢菌素 (先锋霉素 )应用以来 ,许多重危疾患得以抢救成功 ,但由于使用不当有血尿发生。笔者于 1997- 10～ 2 0 0 2 - 10期间所见应用先锋霉素 静点后引起血尿 34例 ,现分析如下。1
