多年来国内外学者通过大量的动物试验和临床检验对具有抗生育作用的植物药中的生物活性成分进行研究。本文仅对研究进展作一些简介: 萜类近年来,墨西哥植物Zoapatle颇受注目。这是菊科Montanna属植物,其中代表性植物为M.tomentosa和M.frutescdns,是墨西哥传统妇科用药,在民间使用已有400-500年之久,常用于催经、引产,并收载于1913年墨西哥药典。经植化研究得到两个新型结构的二萜化合物Zoapatanal和Mon-taol,并证实其活性成分。世界卫生
Over the years, scholars at home and abroad have conducted research on biologically active ingredients in plant drugs that have antifertility effects through extensive animal and clinical tests. This article only gives a brief introduction to the progress of the research: In recent years, the Mexican plant Zoapatle has attracted much attention. This is the genus Montanna of the Asteraceae family, of which the representative plants are M.tomentosa and M.frutescdns, which are traditional Mexican gynecological medicines. They have been used in folk for 400-500 years. They are commonly used for urging, induction of labor, and are contained in Mexican Pharmacopoeia, 1913.
