南燕竹-阳坡-杨盘输气管道工程的部分标段位于黄土塬地区,该地区地形复杂,地势险峻,主要由冲沟和黄土坡组成,施工作业场地狭小,如果采用大开挖法施工,不仅对环境、植被破坏大,土方量大,而且地貌恢复和水工保护也相当困难,为此采用斜井穿越法进行施工。文章介绍了斜井穿越法的施工技术措施,该方法解决了传统大开挖法存在的许多问题,具有明显的安全和环保优势,是大中型冲沟、台地、黄土坡地区管道施工的有效方法。
