本文为观察低强度微波辐照对中枢神经系统的影响,选择下丘脑细胞线粒体标志酶琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、单胺氧化酶(MAO)和内质网标志酶葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶(G-6-Pase)为指标,以显微分光光度术对上述酶进行组织化学定量分析。实验使用1mW/cm~2和5mW/cm~2脉冲微波急性辐照出生后15天及45天的小鼠。结果动物下丘脑部位的SDH、MAO和G-6-Pase活性均下降,提示低强度的微波辐照可影响神经细胞的能量代谢与介质代谢。
In order to observe the effects of low-intensity microwave irradiation on the central nervous system (CNS), mitochondrial enzymes such as succinate dehydrogenase (SDH), monoamine oxidase (MAO) and gluteore-6-phosphatase 6-Pase) as an indicator, microscopic spectrophotometric analysis of the above enzyme histochemistry. In the experiment, mice of 15 days and 45 days after birth were irradiated acutely with microwave of 1mW / cm ~ 2 and 5mW / cm ~ 2 respectively. Results The activities of SDH, MAO and G-6-Pase in the hypothalamus of animals decreased, suggesting that low-intensity microwave irradiation could affect the energy metabolism and metabolism of nerve cells.
