面对国内外激烈的市场竞争以及加入WTO后竞争环境的变化,国有企业文化创新已是大势所趋。本文首先阐述了我国国有企业文化创新的必要性和内在因素,进而阐明创新的目标与基本原则,最后对创新的思路进行了探讨,提出要树立以人为本的核心理念、营造有利于文化创新的社会氛围、构筑有利于文化创新的新型政企关系、发挥国有企业在文化创新中的主体作用。
Faced with fierce market competition both at home and abroad as well as changes in the competitive environment after joining WTO, the cultural innovation of state-owned enterprises is the trend of the times. This article first elaborates the necessity and internal factors of the cultural innovation of the state-owned enterprises in our country, and then clarifies the goals and basic principles of innovation. Finally, it discusses the ideas of innovation, puts forward that we should establish a people-centered core idea and create a social atmosphere conducive to cultural innovation , Build a new type of relationship between government and enterprises that is conducive to cultural innovation, and give play to the leading role of state-owned enterprises in cultural innovation.
