1前言 1985年12月,中国汽车工业公司热加工设备考察定货组到联邦德国Degussa公司考察,并引进一条微机控制的《无污染盐浴氮化设备(无废水)》生产线。为达到无污染目的,在废气净化器之间增添了干式除尘器(超过滤废气中盐的作用),串联三个洗涤槽,使每次洗涤后浓度逐次降低,对废气增添了蒸发器装置,为控制盐浴成分,增添了自动添加再生剂和自动捞渣装置。限于篇幅本文就该设备所采用的QPQ工艺作一介绍,借以“他山之石,可以攻玉”,吸收国外先进经验来提高本国技术。 1 Introduction In December 1985, China National Automotive Industry Corporation visited the Degussa Company in Germany for inspection of thermal processing equipment and introduced a microcomputer-controlled production line of “pollution-free salt bath nitrification equipment (no waste water)”. In order to achieve the goal of non-pollution, a dry dust extractor is added between the exhaust gas purifiers (over-filtering the effect of salt in the exhaust gas), three washing tanks are connected in series so as to successively lower the concentration after each washing and add an evaporator device to the exhaust gas , For the control of salt bath ingredients, adding automatic regeneration agent and automatic slag recovery device. Due to space limitations, this paper introduces the QPQ process adopted by this equipment, and uses the “stones from other hills” to attack jade. It absorbs the advanced foreign experience to improve its own technology.
