读了《机械工人》(热加工)1985年第6期上刊登的《热风花板的铸造工艺》一文后,本人根据铸造工艺理论及工作实践,对文中提出的在倾斜浇注时将直浇道置于高处、而将出气冒口置于低处的工艺方法持有不同的看法,感到有必要提出来探讨。平板类铸件采用倾斜浇注工艺时,宜将浇口置于最低处,而将出气冒口安放于最高处。此种工艺方法有以下几点好处:第一,由于金属液由铸型底部注入,金属液自下上溢,充型平稳,可避免平浇时分散的薄层液流状态。
