地方特色小吃是饮食文化的一部分,也是源远流长、博大精深的中华民族文化的重要组成部分。广西,是一个少数民族聚集的地方,各民族依自己的风俗习惯和嗜好,创造出了多姿多彩、具有浓厚民族特色的小吃。然而,随着社会的发展,一些以手工加工的特色小吃的发展进入进退两难的境地,一些特色小吃濒临失传的危险,因此,必须加强对特色小吃文化传承人的培养。
