在氨性缓冲溶液中,酪氨酸经275nm紫外光照射后,产生荧光二聚体。据此,建立了现场光化学荧光法测定酪氨酸的新方法。线性范围为 2.0 × 10-7~ 2.0 × 10-5 mol/L。检测限及精密度分别为 3.2 × 10-9mol/L-1和 1.7%。方法简便、快捷,对其它氨基酸有较好的选择性,可用于啤酒及氨基酸注射液的测定。文章对光化学反应机理作了初步探讨。
In ammoniacal buffer solution, tyrosine is irradiated with 275nm UV light to generate fluorescent dimer. Based on this, a new method for the determination of tyrosine by photochemical fluorimetry was established. The linear range was 2.0 × 10-7 ~ 2.0 × 10-5 mol / L. The detection limit and precision were 3.2 × 10-9mol / L-1 and 1.7% respectively. The method is simple, fast and has good selectivity for other amino acids, and can be used for the determination of beer and amino acid injection. The article made a preliminary discussion on photochemical reaction mechanism.
