近年来,以《舌尖上的中国》为代表的美食类纪录片风靡全国,尤其是《舌尖上的中国》更是打着国际传播的名号,在世界各地放映传播。那么根据跨文化传播理论,《舌尖上的中国》是否适合国际传播,又有哪些利弊。本文通过其与BBC拍摄的同为美食类纪录片《发现中国:美食之旅》的比较分析,分别从艺术层面与文化层面分析两者的共通处与差异,从而给《舌尖上的中国》进一步的跨文化传播提出相应建议,同时为改善中国美食类纪录片国际传播,提升中国文化软实力提供参考。
