面试是人才招聘和选拔中最为常用的方式之一,有效的面试能为组织挑选合格人才提供有力依据。但在面试过程中,面试官容易产生一些主观误差。本文分析了面试的内涵、特征及其重要作用,归纳总结了面试官的十二种主观误差,并提出了克服误差的几点对策。
Interviewing is one of the most commonly used ways to recruit and select talents. Effective interviewing can provide a powerful basis for selecting qualified personnel. However, in the interview process, interviewers prone to some subjective errors. This paper analyzes the connotation, characteristics and important role of the interview, sums up and summarizes the interviewer’s 12 kinds of subjective errors, and puts forward some countermeasures to overcome the error.
